Hello and welcome to the Life in Victory (LIV) website,

Life in Victory Outreach Ministries. was founded in the year of 2002 by Pastor Ronald & Evangelist Cynthia Brown.  In 1999, Pastor Ronald Brown began ministering and mentoring at Oak Hill Youth Detention Center, Cheltenham Youth Facility (a/k/a Boys Village) and RICA Southern Maryland. Pastor Brown held weekly Bible Studies and Religious Services at these facilities to teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God has given Pastor Brown a great vision for reaching souls. He offers the hope of Jesus Christ in a world full of disappointments, discouragements and set backs.
